CHUCK ON AUTOMATED MACHINE
On this page we would like to show how a customer is able to use air chuck in its machine building and manufacturing process.
This is a rotating chuck 125-3-2.5 NBCH 20 with a 20mm half way sunk hole.
The customer a machine builder, MECÂNICA EXACTA from Portugal, built a machine that makes threads in rods. They have found a way to incorporate two PML-PAL air
chucks into their automated machine. Both air chucks are situated on each of the machine's side and perfectly feeding each rod with threaded sleeve. It is a great
and creative example on how to include air operated chuck into a fully automated process. Please watch the clip.
